Our plans balance water quality, habitat, and human activity. Population growth makes achieving the balance between the natural and man-made environments critical. We work to understand an area’s unique resources and create workable plans to protect them. Archer Taylor Preserve Resources Management Plan The Land Trust of Napa County needed to craft a vision and goals to guide long-term preserve management. Through a series of workshops, members of the Conservation and Resource Planning Group helped the Preserve Committee develop the vision and goals, management actions, and priorities they needed. The Preserve Committee has improved day-to-day management, increased volunteer assistance, and expanded educational opportunities.
